Temporary Renters

There is so much in life

No matter how troubling it may be

The good must outweigh the strife

Disappointment will lower your eyes to the ground

It is okay, we are human

Don’t keep your eyes down for too long

You will miss the blessing, your blessing

God is a permanent resident, once invited in

Troubles are temporary renters in your life

They will move out and move on

Trust God, stay strong

Your eyes on His

The blessings will come

  4. Syl I have a counselor his name is Phil! I call him my Dr. Phil he always told me don’t let people rent space in your head especially if they aren’t paying rent! Same with troubles eventually they will be evicted or transformed into miracles! He said so many things to me like this when I saw this title I instantly thought of this! He also used to ask jokingly….Michelle what part of stupid are you stuck on? I kept repeating the same old patterns! It got to be a joke! But had he not been so tough on my with this straight talk Inwould not be where I am today! I think God brings just the right folks at the right time! Like you and your words of encouragement! People need this so much! Don’t ever stop! 💜😄
