Monday Thoughts: Through The Desert

On our journey of being, there are times the road leads to a desert. You find yourself in middle of nowhere, in the middle of living life. No one is around, yet people are around. There is the feeling of isolation while the world is still in motion.

“What can I do?” you ask yourself. Not much but deal with it as best as you can and keep on going. Hours will pass, days will pass and so on. Take each day as it comes and handle what rises in that particular day. No stressing, no anxiety or any of that other negative bullshit. You live, you get by, you get through and you keep living.

“Once again there was the desert, and that only”. – Stephen King, The Gunslinger (The Dark Tower, #1)

  1. Sounds familiar, this alien feeling like being in the wrong movie. But it often has to do that you feel to be someone you don’t live and as soon as you dare to let it happen more “aliens” will gather around you 😊
