Romantic Tuesday: The Next Level

We’ve come this far

Not to turn back

Forming a new structure to this life

“What would I do without?”

Those houses of glass have shattered

Straw hearts have blown away

Along this path we found common ground

*

Can we take another step?

Reach another level?

A new plateau

Love is getting stronger

Never fading

*

Embracing the day

Embracing each other

Thankful for another day

To be a part of one another

Counting blessings, fingers entwined

Confessing words, hearts stirred up

“Without you, I’ve got nothing”

*

Can we take another step

Reach another level

A new plateau

Love is getting stronger

Never fading

*

Silence in the evening

Listen closely

And you’ll hear a heart beating

Praying past the midnight moon

Praying with the dawning sun

We’ve come this far

Not to turn back

Love is getting stronger

Only turning someday

Into one day .

*

Can we take another step?

A new plateau

Is waiting

  1. Wonderful Brother! ❤

  2. Wow, another song lyrics. The time when two hearts look at each other, hold hands, and take another big step in their relationship and life. I love that. And what a beautiful song you chose to go with it!

  3. This one could be a song, Syl! Have you ever thought of writing song lyrics?
