#DiscoDays 1

Thank you to Erika and her HitsByYears music series for the inspiration behind this new music series focusing on the disco era. There were tons of great, cool and fun songs and fashion.

We’ll kick off the series with a song that created one of many dance crazes of that time.

  1. This is such a great idea, Sylvester! I think I remember that song although I was a young child. Oh, and of course, I do remember my mom wearing those kinds of pants… lol! But that 70s look is coming back over and over again! Hmm, I may do an addition to your series regarding the 80s. But first, the 80s will arrive in my HitsByYears series… hehe. Thanks a lot for the shout out!!

    1. Thank you for the inspiration! I did have plaid pants and bell bottoms as a kid, also I remember how my uncles use to dress up when they were going out to a club..lol. That would be great if you did an 80s series πŸ˜ƒ yes the fashions seem to go in circles..lol

      1. I can only imagine how everybody was wearing those clothes when going to the disco. Like a dresscode to get in! Nothing like today! Wouldn’t it be cool! That way we can keep those two decades a little more alive!
