#MondayThoughts – Tis The Season

I will honor Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year.

With the constant talk about the pandemic, mandates, lockdowns, vaccinations, boosters, etc., it can be mind numbing and overall depressing. Yet, we cannot lose hope. As we notice around Christmas, the friendliness, the joy, the goodness, seems to get turned up a notch. All merry, merry🎄.

Three hundred and sixty five days with the exception of leap year. That is the number of opportunities at the least that we have to do good, spread goodness and joy. The world is in need of a lift, a breather from the heaviness of the times. We cannot sweep it under the rug and pretend it doesn’t exist. Neither can we allow ourselves to be overwhelmed by information overload or non information.

Let’s enjoy the holidays but more importantly let’s make an effort to bring light, goodness, love, joy and peace to this world on a daily basis. Day by day we can lift this world.

*stay inspired and keep rising.
