Just as healthy food digests better, the same goes for healthy thoughts, they settle in our mind better. Each day we have to be careful of the thoughts we feed our mind. Worry, stressful thoughts settle heavily in our mind like a plate of spaghetti after midnight.

So we must make the time each day to clear our minds from polluted thoughts and maintain our focus on good and healthy ones. Everyone’s situation is different but keeping our mind healthy and flowing smoothly is doable.
