Gentle waves brush against the rocks

Gentle thoughts brush throughout the mind

It does not take great courage to believe

Just a wave of good thoughts flowing freely

Let the negative go out with the tide

And build up a strong foundation inside

There are plenty of times that we forget

The conqueror within that won’t let us quit

So we ride the waves until the end

When the next one comes you do it again

Never refusing an opportunity to begin again
