Fascinating

We call it fascinating

This earth and sky

Colorful sunsets

Gentle sunrise

The rotation of planets

Evening meets night

Night greets morning

Hearts glowing with the stars

Hearts glowing from afar

We call this fascinating

The rotation of souls

Love being the sphere in between

Rock Ballad Of The Week – Orleans “Dance With Me”

Dance with me, I want to be your partner
Can’t you see the music is just starting
Night is calling, and I am falling
Dance with me

Fantasy could never be so killing
I feel free, I hope that you are willing
Pick the beat up, and kick your feet up
Dance with me

Let it lift you off the ground
Starry eyes, and love is all around us
I can take you where you want to go

Dance with me, I want to be your partner
Can’t you see the music is just starting
Night is calling, and I am falling
Dance with me

Let it lift you off the ground
Starry eyes, and love is all around us
I can take you where you want to go

Dance with me, I want to be your partner
Can’t you see the music is just starting
Night is calling, and I am falling
Dance with me

Orleans is an American pop rock band best known for its hits “Dance with Me” (No. 6 in 1975); “Still the One” (No. 5), from the album Waking and Dreaming (1976); and “Love Takes Time” (No. 11 in 1979). The group’s name evolved from the music it was playing at the time of their formation, which was inspired by Louisiana artists such as Allen Toussaint and the Neville Brothers. Orleans was formed in Woodstock, New York in January 1972 by vocalist/guitarist/songwriter John Hall, vocalist/guitarist/keyboardist/bassist/songwriter Larry Hoppen and drummer/keyboardist/songwriter Wells Kelly. In October of that year, the group expanded to include Larry’s younger brother, Lance, on bass. Drummer Jerry Marotta joined in 1976, completing the quintet. (Hall was later elected to the United States House of Representatives.)

#RomanticTuesday – The Scent Of Your Petals

“Because our roots are intertwined, our love is two hearts strong and we continue to blossom beautifully.”

 Claude Piché at unsplash.com

Rooted deep

You are within me

Thoughts of you

Are defined beautiful

Falling petals all over me

The essence of your presence

You are my wonderful life’s lesson

A blessing that sprouts more blessings

Whether it be snowy days or summer’s haze

I am grateful for your love’s gaze

And to have this love so solid and true

A love that I could only share with you

Rock Ballad Of The Week: Michael Sweet “My Love My Life My Flame”

It’s hard to breath, so hard to move,
I can’t believe what we’ve been through.
Our world came down so suddenly,
Without a sound we woke to see

Our love is strong It carries on

I’ll love you more tomorrow then I love you today
I’ll love you in the sorrow and unexpected pain
I’ll love you in the sunlight and in the pouring rain
My love, My life, My flame

We’ll take each day one at time.
We’ll be okay if we keep hope alive
Let’s live our life without a doubt.
Our faith will remind us all about

A love that’s strong will carry on

I’ll love you more tomorrow then I love you today
I’ll love you in the sorrow and unexpected pain
I’ll love you in the sunlight and the pouring rain
My love, My life, My flame

I’ll love you more tomorrow then I love you today
I’ll love you in the sorrow and unexpected pain
I’ll love you in the sunlight and in the pouring rain
My love, My life, My flame

My love, My life, My flame

#RomanticTuesday: 2gether As 1

“Such a beautiful dynamic when our hands are clasped together.”

My heart pounds

At the thought

Of spending

The rest of

This lifetime

With you

It will be wonderful to see your smile everyday

And to express to you how much you make my day

To love you in totality for rest of your days

And experience the fullness of your love in all my days

Without any doubt, you are amazing

Rock Ballad Of The Week – Great White “Save Your love”

I wake in the night
To find you on my mind
Deep in a dream you’ll always be
Until the end of time

I look in your eyes, they touch my soul
My love is hard to hide
I’m never alone when we’re apart
I feel you by my side

And here in my heart
Where no one else will ever be
I know who you are
So lock the door

And throw away the key
Save all your love, save your love for me
When I’m alone at night
You’re all I see

I wake from a dream
And see you by my side
How could I belong to someone else
When holdin’ you feels so right?

And here in my heart
Where no one else will ever be
We’ve made it so far
So lock the door and throw away the key
(Yeah)

Save all your love
Save all your love for me
When I’m alone at night
You’re all I see

Save all your love
Save your love for me
Don’t turn your back on me
You’re all I need

I know who you are, we’ve come so far
So baby stay with me, yeah
Save all your love
Save your love for me

Don’t turn your back on me
You’re all I need
Save your love save
Your love save all your love

Save save all your love
Save your love, baby
Save all your love
Save all your love

Great White is an American hard rock band, formed in Los Angeles in 1977. They gained their name from the Great White Shark. They got their popularity during the 1980s and early 1990s. The band released several albums in the late 1980s and gained airplay on MTV with music videos for songs like “Once Bitten, Twice Shy”. The band reached their peak popularity with the album …Twice Shy in 1989. The band continued to release new material into the 1990s, although none of their material charted in the United States. The band broke up in 2001. Soon thereafter, lead singer Jack Russell started to tour with Tony Montana, Robby Lochner (Halford), Dan McNay (Montrose), Dicki Fliszar as “Jack Russell’s Great White”, a group which doesn’t include the band’s co-founding guitarist Mark Kendall. Great White made headlines when in 2003 a Rhode Island nightclub at which they were playing caught fire due to their negligence, leading to the deaths of 100 people, including band member Ty Longley. Great White reformed in 2006. In 2011, Russell left the band, starting to tour again as “Jack Russell’s Great White”.
