Poetry, music, creative writing and a desire to inspire….Isaiah 45:2-7 I will go before you and will level the mountains[a]; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. 3 I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord
Dance with me, I want to be your partner Can’t you see the music is just starting Night is calling, and I am falling Dance with me
Fantasy could never be so killing I feel free, I hope that you are willing Pick the beat up, and kick your feet up Dance with me
Let it lift you off the ground Starry eyes, and love is all around us I can take you where you want to go
Dance with me, I want to be your partner Can’t you see the music is just starting Night is calling, and I am falling Dance with me
Let it lift you off the ground Starry eyes, and love is all around us I can take you where you want to go
Dance with me, I want to be your partner Can’t you see the music is just starting Night is calling, and I am falling Dance with me

Orleans is an American pop rock band best known for its hits “Dance with Me” (No. 6 in 1975); “Still the One” (No. 5), from the album Waking and Dreaming (1976); and “Love Takes Time” (No. 11 in 1979). The group’s name evolved from the music it was playing at the time of their formation, which was inspired by Louisiana artists such as Allen Toussaint and the Neville Brothers. Orleans was formed in Woodstock, New York in January 1972 by vocalist/guitarist/songwriter John Hall, vocalist/guitarist/keyboardist/bassist/songwriter Larry Hoppen and drummer/keyboardist/songwriter Wells Kelly. In October of that year, the group expanded to include Larry’s younger brother, Lance, on bass. Drummer Jerry Marotta joined in 1976, completing the quintet. (Hall was later elected to the United States House of Representatives.)
It’s hard to breath, so hard to move, I can’t believe what we’ve been through. Our world came down so suddenly, Without a sound we woke to see
Our love is strong It carries on
I’ll love you more tomorrow then I love you today I’ll love you in the sorrow and unexpected pain I’ll love you in the sunlight and in the pouring rain My love, My life, My flame
We’ll take each day one at time. We’ll be okay if we keep hope alive Let’s live our life without a doubt. Our faith will remind us all about
A love that’s strong will carry on
I’ll love you more tomorrow then I love you today I’ll love you in the sorrow and unexpected pain I’ll love you in the sunlight and the pouring rain My love, My life, My flame
I’ll love you more tomorrow then I love you today I’ll love you in the sorrow and unexpected pain I’ll love you in the sunlight and in the pouring rain My love, My life, My flame
My love, My life, My flame

I wake in the night To find you on my mind Deep in a dream you’ll always be Until the end of time
I look in your eyes, they touch my soul My love is hard to hide I’m never alone when we’re apart I feel you by my side
And here in my heart Where no one else will ever be I know who you are So lock the door
And throw away the key Save all your love, save your love for me When I’m alone at night You’re all I see
I wake from a dream And see you by my side How could I belong to someone else When holdin’ you feels so right?
And here in my heart Where no one else will ever be We’ve made it so far So lock the door and throw away the key (Yeah)
Save all your love Save all your love for me When I’m alone at night You’re all I see
Save all your love Save your love for me Don’t turn your back on me You’re all I need
I know who you are, we’ve come so far So baby stay with me, yeah Save all your love Save your love for me
Don’t turn your back on me You’re all I need Save your love save Your love save all your love
Save save all your love Save your love, baby Save all your love Save all your love
