#MondayThoughts: Energy Consumption

I don’t have time, energy, or interest in hating the haters; I’m too busy loving the lovers.

Do you ever take a look at where you place or send your energy? Is it work, home life, kids, other people?

How about worrying, complaining, fear, anger, doubting, and a host of negative emotions and feelings?

Let he who is perfect cast the first judgement!

Life can leave you world weary but it can also be exhilarating. You have to decide how you choose to spend your energy each day. This is more than just positive thinking, this is having your spirit, heart and mind constantly charged to deal with life in the moment and throughout your day.

Don’t allow other people to sap your energy with their negative/dark energy. There are some who cannot understand your upbeat, optimistic, faith driven viewpoint. So, they attempt to bring your level of energy down to their low current. Literally sapping the life out of you.

We all feel and experienced different emotions depending on the experience. When we linger in or hold on to anger, frustration, bitterness, worry, fear, etc., you can only imagine how quickly our energy is depleted. Situations and people will fustrate us but we have to be mindful of not getting stuck in that energy for too long. We have to learn how to release it and let go. It doesn’t mean that we will not think about it at all, no one is truly made of teflon. I’m simply saying don’t get stuck in anything that takes away from your well-being. You are worth more than that!

Keep the flow of your spiritual energy free of debris. Read, meditate, pray, listen to music, dance, sing, write and do whatever you believe is beneficial to your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. The tools are available to keep your energy strong and vibrant. I believe that you can do it!

Stay inspired and keep rising.

#RomanticTuesday: Brilliant

There are moments when love’s light is so brilliant

It magnifies what is in the heart

So much more than a feeling

Closer to a divine energy

I love the whole of you

I miss the whole of you

You bring bliss in all seasons

Illuminating my days like a star upon a Christmas tree

I embrace your soul as gentle as can be

To feel the vibrations of your heart speaking

Echoing the sentiments of my every heartbeat

We are engulfed by a very much alive love

Immersing ourselves in the new life born of this love

As its light shines so brilliantly in and through us

I embrace the whole of you

#ThoughtfulThursday: Vibrations

Life is all energy and it multiplies and spreads. Energy doesn’t have the color of its own, but it waits for you to add, whatever you want to it. Whatever color you choose to give to your energy, it attracts the similar energy into your life.

Higher Frequency

You transmit some really beautiful energy.  I believe it is at such a high frequency that at times it has been overlooked, but my senses picked up on its wavelengths.  How could anyone not see?  You are not an oddity.  You are that glimpse of light that brings to mind heavenly things. To be in tune with you raises the level of love’s frequency….

Increasing the beauty of our synergy

Conserving my energy

No flapping endlessly

Despite at an altitude low

Soaring on an even flow

In God I do confide

He is the wind and sky

So with wings spread

I glide confidently ahead

Towards a beautiful unknown

That faith has already shown

#MondayThought: Kick Ass Today

‎”Keep on going, and the chances are that you will stumble on something, perhaps when you are least expecting it. I never heard of anyone ever stumbling on something sitting down.” – Charles F. Kettering

Let’s do this! A new day, no whining, no complaining, no putting yourself down. We aren’t going through the motions today, we are putting life in motion.

Put in the energy an effort to bring about an awesome day for you and bless somebody along the way. Toss out the negative garbage, lift your thoughts higher.

Let’s go, let’s do this!
