Aside from the constant assault on our senses about the Covid 19 pandemic, there are other things in our lives that might be raising our anxiety/stress levels. The most important thing is to remember we can only live one day at a time and in each new day, find renewed hope and inspiration to go on.

So, remember each day to take a moment and breathe. Release the toxic, contaminating thoughts and refesh your senses. Breathe.
